Kurt Lewin Leadership Styles Framework and why you should avoid using it!

Lewin leadership theory includes autocratic, laissez-faire and democratic leadership. Based on experiments in 1938 and 1939, Kurt Lewin drew interesting conclusions on the usage of the different styles. This video goes through the framework, the three styles, why you should NOT use it and what to use instead in less than seven minutes.
