Spectacular Parade of Steam Wagon's - Bedfordshire Steam & Country Fayre 2012

The Bedfordshire Steam & Country Fayre http://www.bseps.org.uk 2012 Steam Wagon Spectacular , on 14th ,15th 16th September 2012 . Over 60 steam wagons booked for show and more tuned up for the day , in probably the largest number of steam wagons demonstrated at one time , including Foden ,Foster, Garrett ,Sentinel ,Tasker, Yorkshire , Hindley ,Ransomes, Mann ,Clayton, Shuttleworth , etc.
The Society's annual rally, The Bedfordshire Steam & Country Fayre, is held in the picturesque setting of Old Warden Park, home of the world famous Shuttleworth Collection housed in its own museum. The much photographed Victorian Country House, built by the Shuttleworth family in the late 1870's, provides a magnificent backdrop for the event.
This year the engines are running on Proper Welsh steam coal from a newly reopend coal mine , proper bright fire, and no noticeable smoke from the chimneys, as you can see , just some steam , its much cleaner than the imported stuff they usually use , belching out thick black smoke and covering every thing in smuts .
