Описание к видео New KORE DUTY BELT: Micro-Adjustable & Totally Reinforced.

Introducing the World's First Micro Adjustable DUTY BELT om KORE Essentials. This is the most comfortable, adjustable, supportive duty belt you will ever wear. Not only is it highly adjustable, but its also completely reinforced and it’s made with proprietary materials you won’t find on any other belt. It’s a real game changer for police officers, law enforcement, military personnel, and security professionals.

BETTER FIT
Unlike traditional duty belts that use Velcro or belt holes to adjust with and never seem to fit quite right, Kore Duty belts use an innovative track system that's sewn into the back of the belt with over 20 size positions. This means you can instantly tighten or loosen your belt in small 1/4" increments, just depressing the tab under the buckle, and without ever having to undo the buckle. The result is a perfect fit all day - every day.

BETTER SUPPORT
Both the Outer Duty belt & Inner Liner belt are equipped with Kore’s proprietary, Reinforced Power-Core™ center for added support and durability.

BETTER QUALITY
Kore 2-1/4" duty belts are Manufactured in the USA using our unique manmade 'Amortek' material that's bio-engineered to outperform and outlast traditional duty belts. Belts are available in Smooth Black, Basketweave and Nylon. Velcro hook attaches them to the Kore Inner loop belts. Kore Inner belts are made using super tough, scuba webbing, and are designed like no other.

HEAVY DUTY BUCKLES
Forged in lightweight aluminum [4.6 oz.] and incorporate our patented, spring-loaded ratchet mechanism to engage, adjust and lock your belt in place. The buckle also features a dual release system, keeping it secure against would-be-perpetrators attempting to forcibly remove your belt. It can't be done.

NOTE
Keep in mid that Kore Outer Duty Belts must be used in conjunction with our unique Kore Inner Liner Belts to achieve the micro adjustable feature.

HOW TO SIZE YOUR BELT.
First, you’ll need a pair of sharp, heavy-duty scissors, shears or large serrated knife and the long white Kore Sizing tape. Do not use your own measuring tape. Start by laying the outer 2.25” Duty belt on a table hook side up. Next, overlay the Kore Measuring Tape along the length of belt with track graphic on the tape, overtop of the gray colored nylon track on the belt. Then locate your pant size on the measuring tape. So if your favorite pant size is 36” – you are going to cut the duty belt at that 36” mark. Cut it straight. Once it’s cut, grab your buckle, back out or remove the hex screws using the 2.5 mm wrench, insert the cut belt all the way into the receptacle with proper side facing out, and clamp down the teeth. Don’t tighten the screws until after you try the belt on and check the fit. When you do, be careful not to strip or overtighten the hex screws. The screws go in last.

Next, lay the 1.5” Inner Velcro belt on the table alongside with the measuring tape alongside. The belt hex material should be alongside or under the track graphic, because you’re going to cut from the end opposite the hex material. Next, find your pant size – subtract one inch - and cut. For example if your pants are a 36” size – cut inner belt at 35” mark.

Next, try it on. Feed your inner Velcro belt thru your belt loops and attach the end with the pull-tab over the Velcro. The 4” hex material section should be centered on your pants over the front zipper. The hex area should not have any part of the Velcro inner belt extending behind it. This is so the hex section can collapse when needed without interference. If it does, trim that small section off the inner belt. So for example, if you see an inch of Velcro material behind the 4” hex area – trim off another inch of inner belt. Then you can attach and squeeze the metal end cap to the inner belt and clamp down the teeth.

Next, take your outer belt and position your buckle on the right edge of the hex material so it is hanging over that section. Feed the Duty belt Right to Left aligning it and sticking it to your inner belt Velcro as you go. When the battle belt tip comes around from the left, feed it thru the buckle and pull until snug. You should have 4-5 inches of in and out adjustment. If the belt is too long, remove it and cut off 1” at a time until it works properly. The small release and adjustment tab is under the buckle and you just pinch it to activate it.

Once it’s sized properly you can tighten down the hex screws gently. Lastly, you can attach the belt keeper using its own Velcro next to the buckle. It holds the tip down. Note that this belt tip feeds to the right side (opposite most belts) so you can place your spare mag and gear next to the left side of the buckle, while your holstered gun is off to the right.

Kore Essentials 2-Belt Adjustable Track Systems and dual release buckle is Patented in the USA and currently Patent Pending in 6 countries.
