2013 Nexus 7 install into OEM bezel for 2008 Acura TL Type S

this video shows some of the steps needed to fit a 2013 Nexus 7 tablet into the oem bezel for a 2008 Acura TL Type S (or any other 3rd gen Acura TL with navigation).

there is a lot of dremeling and custom fitting needed to fit the tablet into the bezel but it is all possible for any DIY person. there will be lots of test fitting and back and forth to get it just right, just be patient it will work.

the OEM circuit boards have to be reused because the climate control is worked into the circuitry for the oem navigation and display unfortunately. it's a tight fit but it can be done, make sure to shave off any extra molding around all usb connectors to get the smallest profile possible. You may also need sheet metal shears to modify the sheet metal housing.
