खुला आसमान वंदे मातरम् १५० चित्रकला स्पर्धेतील निवडक १८० कलाकृतींचे भव्य प्रदर्शन

Art India Foundation, under its creative platform Khula Aasmaan, organized a special International Art Contest to celebrate 150 years of “Vande Mataram” in collaboration with Bhartiya Itihas Sankalan Samiti, Pune.

This nationwide initiative welcomed participants of all ages to create artworks inspired by seven patriotic themes. With generous support from Finolex Pipes and Ms. Parimal Chaudhary, the contest received 2,500+ entries from India and abroad.

Out of these, 350 artworks were shortlisted, and 180 original pieces were showcased at a grand exhibition held at Balgandharva Kala Mandir, Pune (9–11 Nov 2025).

The exhibition was inaugurated by renowned cartoonist Mr. Charuhas Pandit, senior historian Mr. Panduranga Balkawade, and Mr. Arun Chandra Pathak of the Itihas Sankalan Samiti. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Prachi Sathe, Chief Trustee of Art India Foundation, and Ms. Chitra Vaidya, artist and trustee.

The vibrant opening event featured art, music, prize distribution, the singing of “Vande Mataram,” and a live cartooning demo.
Visitors praised the exhibition for its creativity, patriotic themes, and cultural significance.

Cash prizes, medals, certificates, and Ramayana books were awarded across categories to honour outstanding creativity.

This initiative beautifully united people through art, celebrating India’s heritage and the timeless message of “Vande Mataram.”
