I bought this coleman saluspa hot tub in 2019 as a quick fix for a really hot summer. It was supposed to be something I was going to just "try out and get me by until I could buy something nicer" but here I am, using it year after year after year ..... and I have learned a lot about them in this time. First thing I learned, how relaxing they are not only to sore bodies and muscles, but how much it helps take away all the mental stress of the day. So this has become my number one must have item on the homestead (and some day whenever it finally goes bad, I will get a nicer one but as long as it continues to work, I am going to keep using it). In the time I have owned it, I have taken care of it solely by adding bromide tablets, draining it over winter, and moving the pump inside an unheated room in my house that at least stays above freezing. Every spring I clean it out and set it back up. I've never even stored the main bottom part anywhere else. They cost a LOT more than what I paid for this. I got it on an amazon special deal price for $329 and even if it went bad today, that means it has cost me only $54 a year and thats cheap entertainment and relaxation.

Some things to know about this coleman saluspa - my electric bill increases about $15-30 a month depending on how much I run the heater on it. If you only run the pump or keep it shut off when not being used, its even less electricity. I will sometimes go a few days between uses and I sometimes will shut it off or at least turn the heater off. Then turn the heater on the morning I plan to use it. This year (2025) the original inflatable ring under the top cover finally went bad. I bought a new one black in color off amazon and it holds heat way longer than it used to with the white one.

I know several other homesteaders and friends who bought this based on my recommendations and reviews over the years. I have lots of posts about it on my instagram complete with pictures of all the lights at night time.
