For sale in our Chicago showroom is this beautifully restored ’66 Chevy C10. This vehicle was very unique when it left the factory, and carries quite a bit of originality. Originally equipped with a V8 engine, A/C, power steering and brakes, even front and rear chrome bumpers, this truck was truly “fully optioned.” The original engine and transmission have been replaced with a sportier ZZ4 350 CID GM Crate engine and a 700R4 automatic transmission. With the body having gone through a thorough restoration and cleaning, and this more modern drivetrain installed, this truck is equal parts of “show” and “go!”
The replacement wooden bed pops very well against the bright red paint and gray cloth interior. The custom gauge bezel houses the aftermarket dolphin gauges to keep an eye on all the engine vitals. The factory A/C controls are easy to use and are a great thing to have on the hotter days. This restored classic is sure to give you many miles of fun and plenty of opportunities to bond with your fellow man at gas stations and car shows.
