FrSky Taranis Q X7 Radio & X4R-SB Receiver, ONE Kilometer range test. I setup a marker on the fence line at the 1000m mark, then used my car to measure out the distance!. Very quiet spot in Gidgegannup, Western Australia.

Stock parts. The receiver antennas on the quad are the old zip tie trick using resin shrink, to hold it to the standoff better, then normal heat shrink for the top section. Antenna's @ 90° one straight up other out the back (L) RSSI was at around 40-50db at the marker point.
