How to make a bowl of Koicha, thick tea, premium matcha green tea?

Making koicha is a difficult process as it requires the perfect balance between matcha tea powder and hot water. The whisking process too takes time to master since we want to avoid having any lumps of tea remaining in the final brew.
In this video I explain how to skilfully measure the amount of matcha tea powder and water, and how to properly stir the tea with a bamboo tea whisk to a glassy smooth conclusion.
