Come along for a week of running and getting a glimpse into my life as I train for my first 100 mile race this July, work a full time job and also create YouTube content. I wanted to provide a little peek into my very busy schedule and how I (sort-of) balance it all. I’m certainly not perfect, and sometimes my training has to adapt to my life- and that’s ok! I hope some of this resonates with you, or you at least find it entertaining. Just remember to be proud of yourself & your training and don’t forget to HAVE FUN!
