Are You Coming Home? | SAMS / LAES Animatic

Oh my goodness I’ve been working on this all day and it’s finally done. I’ve been dying to make something about Solar for ages since that video came out, but throughout the conceptualization process I decided it would be interesting to focus on the grief from the other characters. (It also serves as a vent in a way due to personal events that have happened recently, which I will not get into here.)
Despite the silly nature of the show on the surface, I really appreciate how it handles certain topics, and so far it’s had a really beautiful representation of grief. So this is a bit of an homage to that as well. Thanks, guys.
