Royal Gorge Route Railroad March 2020

Amongst the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Royal Gorge Route initiated a plan to keep all essential employees at work; utilizing this rare opportunity to perform much-needed maintenance and upgrade to the railroad's passenger fleet. On March 29th, Nick Valdez and Jody Moore were deployed to go pull CCRG Bar/Diner "Sunshine Falls" from the passenger consist for its upcoming brake system/interior overhaul. In this video, watch as we switch the car out from Canon City Siding using GP-7 Topeka Cab #2238. It's always a good time in the train yard switching around this classic equipment!
