Описание к видео THE INDONESIA JOURNEY - PART 5 : EXPLORING THE COFFEE PLANTATION IN BALI DHARMA KETI

In the village of Bali Dharma Keti, their coffee plantations are widely recognized. The processing of the coffee plantation has been passed down through generations, from cultivation methods to coffee processing. The process carried out by the villagers involves nurturing the coffee plants from the time they are newly planted, caring for them until they bear fruit, harvesting them properly when the time comes, followed by washing and drying until the coffee is ready to be enjoyed. The coffee produced in this village is of the robusta variety.

Here are some processes involved in coffee processing,
"Honey Process"
This process involves removing the outer skin of the coffee bean with the machine or pulper, but allowing the sticky mucilage to remain attached to the bean during the process of drying.

"Petik Pelangi Coffee"
Coffee refers to coffee that is harvested by mixing red-yellow and bit green coffee beans, which are separated from "Petik merah" coffee beans.

"Petik Merah"
Refers to coffee beans that are picked when they have reached a red color, indicating that the beans are fully ripe. Fully ripe coffee beans tend to have a more developed and complex flavor profile.
