this tutorial might not be really supportive for beginners because in order to make this you must know how to use Masks, adjustments layers, camera raw, way of cutting an object, glowing an object etc. btw i have a video on glowing an object and it is fully detailed

sorry that this video doesn't really have any voice over and it is because since i use auto generated voice, it would have been quite hard for me to type every single step of this video, so i just put the sound of rain, made the video a lil faster because it would have been so boring if this video was of real time with literally no sound but still i tried my best....
