The Breath Of fire or Bhastrika Pranayama for weight loss (bellows of blacksmith breathing) is one of the most powerful pranayama which relives heaviness of body , laziness, excess weight, excess mucus, stress, fear, anxiety and anger.
Bhastrika pranayama also helps in improving the immune system, metabolism, reduces runny nose, shortness of breath, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, migraine , tension headaches, rhinitis, negative thinking,
