India-China ties not normal: MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal

The Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal, in his latest briefing on 18th January, said that India-China relation is not normal. We want peace to prevail at the border areas. For this to happen, we are holding discussions at the military and diplomatic levels.
