🥣 Ingredients :
1 head of cauliflower
2tbsp psyllium husk
100g | 1 cup ground almonds
salt & black pepper to taste
3 green onions
2 garlic cloves
oil for frying

🥣 dip sauce ingredients :
1 avocado
1tsp vinegar
6 pickles
70ml | 5tbsp dairy free yogurt
black pepper
salt

🥣Ingredients and recipe:
Cut the leaves off the base of 1 head of cauliflower.
Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Transfer cauliflower florets into a pot.
Simmer cauliflower for 3 minutes.
To make delicious, creamy and tangy vegan Tartar sauce finely chop 1 avocado, pour 1tsp vinegar, and chop 6 pickles.
Add 70ml | 5tbsp dairy free yogurt, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix until combine well. To enhance the flavour let the sauce chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Drain cauliflower and let it cool.
Grate cauliflower florets.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add 2tbsp psyllium husk, 1cup | 100g ground almonds, salt, black pepper, chopped green onions, chopped garlic cloves.
Mix until combine and set aside for 10 minutes.
Use wet hands to roll the mixture into balls and gently squeeze down to flatten into patties.
Place patties into a lightly greased frying pan.
Fry on a medium heat covered with a lid for about 3-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip to the other side and fry another 3-5 minutes.
Enjoy these delicious veg cauliflower patties with creamy and tangy vegan Tartar sauce for lunch or dinner! 💕
