U0129 - Lost communication with Brake System Control Module
U0131 - Lost communication with Power Steering Control Module
U0142 - Lost communication with Body Control Module B
No communication from ABS/Trac, no communication from Brake control module, No electric power steering (EPS).
No Radio
No Climate Control
Windows inoperative
Wipers inoperative
Vehicle will not shift from P-R-N-D (No gear selection)
SRS light is on
Normal CAN voltages
- CAN - H = 2.1v to 3.5v
- CAN - L = 2.1v to 1.5v

Replaced blown 5amp fuse, fuse blew because client used wipers to remove snow. Due to high Mechanical resistance amps exceeded fuse limit causing fuse to blow.
