14 Day Camping & Gold Prospecting Trip

Join me on a 14 day camping and gold prospecting trip to the goldfields of Western Australia, travelling with my friend, Ted.
We were prospecting on live mining tenements that we had permission to be on, spending the first week on 1 tenement, then moved to a second one.
After not finding any gold during the first 10 days, our luck changed when we found a 'patch' that yielded 8 nuggets in total.
During the trip, we had a couple of days of wet weather, but overall, the weather was fine....even though it's winter.
It certainly was a great trip, even though the nights were very cold, getting down to 0 or near 0 degrees on many occasions.
