Let’s get sweaty and burn some major calories together with this high-energy Tabata workout.
No equipment is needed for this 30-minute workout that will get your heart pumping and make you feel alive. Modifications will be provided for low- and high-impact moves.

We start with a 4 min Warmup
Tabata 1
SQUAT WITH HEEL TOUCH
INCHWORM

Tabata 2
LUNGE TO KNEE
SIDE LUNGE KNEE DRIVE

Tabata 3
SQUAT JACK
PUSH UP WITH KNEE IN

Tabata 4
THRUST BACK TO SQUAT
ROTATING ELBOW PLANK

Tabata 5
HIGH KNEES
1 LEG BALANCE

4 Min Cool Down
