The Full Buck Moon happened on July 10th, 2025. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I post this yoga flow a few days late.

As I was thinking about how I wanted to embody the Buck Moon in this months full moon yoga practice, I looked at a blog post from The Pagan Grimoire. In the post, the author shares some of the spiritual meanings and energies associated with this moon. The one that stood out most to me was growth. (https://www.pagangrimoire.com/july-bu...) In my own life and spiritual practice, I also see this moon symbolizing strength and rebirth. It is these three words that I tried to embody in the this months full moon yoga flow: strength, growth, and rebirth. How do you see these attributes showing up in your life this month?

I'm also really happy because this is the first video filmed with my new audio equipment. A big thanks to my husband the tech wizard for such an incredible birthday gift and for all his love and support as I share the practice of yoga with you all. Let me know what you think.
