How to do a Full Service on a Freelander 1 TD4

How to do a Freelander 1 TD4 service for those not experienced or not feeling brave enough to have done one before. Or maybe you are neither and just want a bit of guidance. Hopefully this will give you enough motivation so that you can have a go at doing a service yourself, save some money and maybe do a more thorough job for just service it to your level of satisfaction.

Most service items are covered, specifically:
Oil filter, air filter, crankcase filter, pollen filter and engine oil change.
Checking oil levels in gearbox, IRD and rear Differential and levels in engine bay items. Plus door lock oiling. Turbo solenoid breather filter. Checking the brake shoes and pads with handbrake testing.
