In this video I have received a bajaj pulsar ug3 digital meter from my home town,meter was dead but an unique issue first time I had seen that is when powered the meter all lights of PCB are glowing but no digit on display and rpm needle not worked ,
Well I keep trace on PCB fir finding the fault finally I was seen 3 faulty componets was there ,when I replace both 3 components and powered the meter it was run ,after PCB testing I fitted the display and powered meter again it was showing digit very well and rpm needle also run
Components I had change
1-one number npn power switching transistor N05C
2-one number of pnp power switching transistor
3-a rectification low watt diode 702 was burn already
Finally meter took by its owner .
