The European Union has signed a bilateral security agreement with Ukraine to provide the war-torn country with political, financial, economic, humanitarian, diplomatic, and military support. Kyiv is continuing its diplomatic offensive ahead of the upcoming NATO summit in Washington. We're joined by astrophysicist Benjamin L. Schmitt, senior fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, to talk about Ukraine’s relations with the EU, the U.S., and new NATO chief Mark Rutte.
