The Cape Recife nature reserve is one on the must see in Port Elizabeth, there is so much to see and do; there is the bird and penguin sanctuary and so many lovely beaches. In this episode we chatted about the Cape Recife lighthouse, it is a wonderful piece of history and a absolute asset to the reserve. There is so much that goes into a lighthouse. I had no idea that a lighthouse has such a mind blowing system, for this wonder to do what it was designed to do . Then there is the view, that makes this gem stand out over the land and sea.

Enjoy this video I had so much fun making this delving in to the rich history of the Port Elizabeth area. This is one the place that will always draw me back to beautiful Port Elizabeth
