In the Garden of Life, late bloomers are especially beautiful. Growing up, in his college years, Donnie is a late bloomer. Donnie’s ted talks tried to open our eyes through continues reflection so we can accelerate our self development in our daily life, many things like late boomer sometimes held us to accelerate ourself, donnie’s shared his own experience from someone that was rejected in almost every organization in his early college years to someone who became the fastest president of AISEC Semarang and head of growth in Aspire.id , he made us realize that it is never to late to start something big, no matter how great the obstacle we faced now or in the future. From 3x rejected to join student organizations in UNDIP and got under 3 GPA in semester 2: he went on to be accepted in 2 national-level scholarships and being the fastest to become president of AIESEC and led 200 members, generated a total IDR 550 Million revenues.
