In just over two hours, unbelievable inundation of the flood waters. The boat they swam to was actually still attached to its trailer and the trailer was stuck on a fence. Once in the boat, they were able to retrieve life jackets and swim back to the safety of the two-story house. You may have seen Rocky on national news as the guy who pulled a FEMA-like trailer to Washington to visit with George Bush so the New Orleans and Gulf Coast area would not be forgotten.
