What's good yall, I was asked tomake an updated video regarding new grad registered nurse wages in the Bay Area, California. This area is considered the highest paying area for nurses. Not to mention nurse ratios and burnout. I am born and raised in the Bay Area so I have seen and heard a lot regarding this subject

In this video I discuss new grad nurse wages for acute care hospitals. This video does not discuss wages for other roles like clinics, home health, hospice, skilled nursing facilities, etc. I also discuss the cost of living and income tax differences so you can get a better sense of what things are like over here.
