Chicken Chinese Samosa | Chicken Vegetable Samosa | Ramzan Special Recipe by Kitchen with triplet's

INGREDIENTS
Chicken
Salt
black pepper powder
SOya suace
vinegar
red chilli sauce
garlic
capsicum
cabbage
carrot
samosa sheets
oil for frying

Filling Preparation
-add oil, 2 table sp
-add garlic, 2 table sp and sauty for 2-3 min
Add chopped carrots and capsicum, cook for 1 minute.
Add cabbage,chicken,salt,black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce
-Cover and cook for 7-8 min
Filling is ready, let filling cool down

Slurry Preparation
-add some water in white flour and make a liquid slurry to bind the samosa sheets

Method
Take a samosa sheet/patti, add filling into it and
fold to make samosa.
Samosas can be fried right away or can be stored
in freezer for frying later.

-For Storing:
Place samosas in a zip lock bag and store it in
freezer.

For Frying:
Add cooking oil in a pan, preheat it on medium
flame, add samosas into it. Fry samosas on low to
medium flame until crispy and golden brown in color
from both sides, flip sides while frying.
Note: Do not fry on high flame
Dish out and serve it hot with tomato ketchup, chilli
garlic sauce or chatni.
