The Neutral Ground trophy unlocks automatically during Chapter 11 – “Mattanza” when Enzo loses his mentor, Luca Trapani, during a peace meeting gone horribly wrong.

This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed.

🪖 Story Summary (What Happens in the Mission)

1️⃣ A Forced Peace Meeting
With war escalating between the Torrisi and Spadaro families, Baron Fontanelle pressures Don Torrisi to attend a peace negotiation.
Don Galante acts as:

✅ Security
✅ Neutral mediator
✅ Host, choosing an abandoned tuna factory once belonging to his father

2️⃣ The Betrayal Revealed
During the negotiations, Fontanelle’s dark intentions become clear:

✅ He secretly sells Torrisi land (including the vineyard) to Don Spadaro
✅ Torrisi realizes he was betrayed by someone he trusted
✅ The peace meeting was never meant to be fair

Tensions skyrocket instantly.

3️⃣ Don Spadaro Strikes First
An enraged Don Spadaro reacts violently:

🔫 He shoots Don Galante point-blank, killing him
🔫 He aims next at Don Torrisi

4️⃣ Luca’s Final Sacrifice
Before Torrisi can be shot, Luca Trapani — Enzo’s closest mentor, protector, and father figure — throws himself in front of the Don.

❤️‍🩹 Luca takes the fatal bullet.

5️⃣ A Desperate Escape
With Don Galante dead and Luca mortally wounded:

✅ Enzo, Leo, Torrisi, and a dying Luca fight through hordes of Spadaro mafiosi
✅ They regroup with Cesare, who waits with a truck for escape
✅ They rush Luca to Leo’s bar while waiting for medical help

6️⃣ Luca’s Death
Despite their efforts, Luca succumbs to his wounds in Leo’s bar.
Enzo loses the man who taught him the ways of the family — and the loss becomes a defining turning point.
