Pancit guisado is a Filipino noodle dish.This dish is composed of rice noodles or with canton or egg noodles,shredded chicken or pork,or shrimp and vegetables.Perfect for everyday meals and special occasions.
Try this easy and yummy recipe!

Ingredients:
1/4 kilo shredded chicken(cooked)
500g bihon
500g canton
2 pcs.onion
4 cloves garlic
1/4 kilo beans
1/2 kl cabbage
1 large carrot
1 large sayote
1 chicken cube
4-5 tbsp oyster sauce
4-5 tbsp soysauce
pepper 500ml-1liter water
cooking oil

Procedure:
Sauté onion and garlic
Then add the shredded chicken and kikiam
Add soysauce and oystersauce
Pour water
Simmer until 2-3 mins
Add the chicken cube and pepper
After boiling add the vegetables(sayote,neans and carrot)
Bring it to boil about 2-3 mins.
When the veggies are slightly cooked,removed the veggies from the sauce to avoid over cook
Then add the cabbage and bring it to boil for another 1 min.
After 1 min.remove the cabbage from the sauce
Add a little bit of water and soysauce the add the egg noodles
Simmer until the noodles is slightly cooked
Then add the bihon(soak the noodles first in water for 8-10 mins or unti it soft)
Stir the noodles until it completely soft
Then add half of the cooked veggies
Toast all the ingredients and season with ground pepper
You can also add deep fried liempo(chopped lechon kawali )on top.
