Jumping SONIC CARS Across GTA 5! (Impossible)

Today, Steve is stealing Sonic supercars to jump across the entire GTA 5 Dimension map! This stunt was nearly impossible, but with G.U.I.D.O on the line, we have to complete it! Can Steve from Checkpoint use the Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow and Silver the Hedgehog god powers to stunt jump across the GTA 5 map to save G.U.I.D.O from Mesa?
