I want to show you how to make a Ribeye cap steak! What is better than making your own Ribeye cap steak, the King of steaks? This might be the best steak you will ever have, as tender as tenderloin but much tastier because of the rich marbling. Check out how to master this delicious piece of meat!

What to do
1. Set up the grill for indirect cooking at 225 degrees F.
Slowly reverse sear this Ribeye Cap steak and let it absorb the smoke for about 45 min.
2. Once it reaches about 110-115 internal temperature, pull it off and bring the grill up to high temperatures for searing.
3. Sear and let it rest for 10 min for the juices to redistribute and the steak to finish at the perfect 130-135 degrees for medium rare.

The results: It is super juicy and delicious, with that amazing charcoal flavor!
