South of France + Lac de Serre Ponçon | Day 10 | 2318-Mile Road Trip

Returning to France and loving it must have been the biggest surprise for us on the whole road trip. There is a huge difference between travelling on French motorways versus the smaller French roads and cities.

We stayed the night in paradise at Lac de Serre-Ponçon, a beautiful lake surrounded by hills and mountains. It had all the beauty of Lake Como and almost none of the people. Perfect for introverts.

Fun fact: Lac de Serre-Ponçon (Serre-Ponçon Lake) is the second largest artificial lake in western Europe.
