In this video I show the steps and procedures necessary to service the rear differential on a ford 8.8, 9.75, 10.25 rear differential. These different shows are extremely common with most Ford F-150s on the road today. This particular vehicle is a 2015 Ford F1 50 XLT with the 2.7 L eco-boost engine. However if you have a 3.5 or 5.0 L engine, these procedures will be the same. Is important to serve as your differential every 30 to 60,000 miles depending on where, loud, in your daily driving habits. Even though the rear differential is a major component of your drivetrain. It is often overlooked when performing normal services to the truck. Please use extreme caution when using power tools are working under your vehicle.
