Mission Overview:

In “Iron Lady,” the mission takes place right after the events of “Return to Sender.” Delta Force teams up with French GIGN forces to push back troops and liberate Paris from occupation. You operate from an AC-130 gunship named “Hammer 01” at the start of the mission, providing air support to ground units below.

Mission Details:

The mission begins in the skies above Paris, where you use the AC-130’s powerful arsenal — 25mm, 40mm, and 105mm cannons — to destroy enemy tanks, SAM sites, and troop formations across the city.

Once the skies are cleared, you switch back to controlling Frost on the ground as Delta Force fights through the war-torn streets to secure the Hotel Volk, a key enemy position.

The goal is to rescue the French President’s daughter, who has been held hostage by Makarov’s men.

The team engages in intense urban combat, taking down enemy armor and infantry while advancing toward the extraction point.

The mission ends with Hammer 01 assisting in the evacuation as the Eiffel Tower is destroyed by the AC-130’s final airstrike — one of the most iconic cinematic moments in Modern Warfare 3.
