Everyone’s been uploading “What’s new in Cities Skylines Heart of Korea” Pack videos, but I wanted to dive into the assets that I think are the BEST in the new Cities Skylines update for the Heart of Korea Content Creator Pack. Instead of showcasing every single asset, let’s dive into what appear to be the best new game features/assets for the latest 2022 Cities Skylines update! So, here are the 15 BEST new assets in Cities Skylines.

About This Video:

The latest update for Cities Skylines included a Content Creator Pack dubbed “The Heart of Korea,” which sets out to deliver Korean-inspired assets for your Cities Skylines builds. Frankly, at first, I was unsure how usable the pack would be for my specific city building style. I tend to go for more generic US-styled cities in the game, so I wasn’t positive I would get the most use out of this pack. Turns out, though, that I was quite wrong. The Cities Skylines Heart of Korea Content Creator Pack is filled with a number of fantastic assets built in collaboration with Creator Evlis. And I couldn’t be more thrilled with how the pack turned out.

The Heart of Korea Content Pack for Cities Skylines is filled with dozens of great new assets for the game, but today, I wanted to focus on the top 15 best new assets for Cities Skylines. The video starts out with one that I was very excited to see - an oddly welcomed deathcare asset. Normally, I feel like the deathcare assets in Cities Skylines leave a bit to be desired - usually lacking detail. The Crematorium Memorial Park that comes with The Heart of Korea CCP is the complete opposite.

Next up, I had to showcase some of the new single family homes for Cities Skylines in the Heart of Korea pack. I’ve listed the names of each asset above in the description of this video so that you can use Find It to search for them, but on the topic of why I love the new content for Cities Skylines Heart of Korea, you just need to take one look.

Next up, we have the Police Security Center in Cities Skylines. Normally, I would think this building was a bit generic for a themed-pack, but frankly, I get tired of placing the same police stations in Cities Skylines, so it’s something I’ll always welcome. Add to that, just like the others, it blends well into just about any city.

I’ve also chosen the YouJoy Entertainment Agency to be featured in this video. This is a new unique building for Cities Skylines in the Heart of Korea Content Creator Pack, and it’s great to see all of the green space on top of the building as well as the roof textures in wood. Additionally, we have Chirp’s Thumbs Up Plaza, which is a Cities Skylines vanilla asset that I think would look great in any city.

We’ve also featured the Large Elementary School, mainly because it’s one of the few elementary schools in the game with a high student capacity as well as featuring a playground all-in-one. This is a really unique Cities Skylines Elementary School, and I’m happy to see it included in the Heart of Korea pack.

Moving on from there, let’s talk about the new Acrocastle Apartment Complex in Cities Skylines Heart of Korea Content Creator Pack. Although I wish it worked to fulfill some residential demand, it is an incredible unique building that will blend well with a lot of the assets from the Cities Skylines Skyscrapers Pack. We’ll also take a look at the Eco-Friendly because who doesn’t love a new garbage process Cities Skylines Asset?

Last, but certainly not least, let’s show off the new JANGBEESOFT R&D Center in Cities Skylines. This looks to be a tech-inspired building that I would love to see in some office districts or on a tech campus. I love the open space through the center as well as all of the green space in the middle of the build and on the rooftop.
