FFMPEG On Windows Was Compiled In The Wrong Way! How To Obtain It Without Optimizations With MSVC

WHat we did in the previous Windows video was wrong!
We make a new FFmpeg compiling based on the script created during the previous Windows compiling of FFmpeg    • FFMPEG COMPILING on Ubuntu 22.04!  
We use different the MSVC flags to obtain what we want: a full inspection of all the symbols and the data while debugging FFmpeg.
