I Tried Learning "Tumeni Notes" by Steve Morse in 1 DAY.... Here's What Happened...
This may be my worst idea ever for a video, hahaha.... Tumeni Notes is one of the hardest feats of alternate picking shred strength of all time. Can I tackle it??? Lets find out... Steve Morse's crosspicking powers are unmatched. Mine are... untested, at best! I'm gonna bring you all along for the ride as I try and master the legendary intro of this song. We are gonna talk technique, alternate picking, building speed, speed bursts, alternate solutions like sweep and hybrid picking, and even get a super closeup in depth slo mo look at the picking hand using the amazing Troy Grady (Cracking the Code) Magnet Cam! I learned a lot about my own picking and playing in this video, I can't wait for you all to see what I found!
