In this vlog, I’m sharing the complete story of my car repair journey. I had emailed both IRDAI and Maruti Suzuki India regarding my car repair and insurance claim issues. Thankfully, the complaint to IRDAI had an immediate impact, and SBI General Insurance prioritized my pending claims. All my claims were approved, and the repair work began.

On the other hand, Maruti Suzuki did not respond to any of my complaints. Moreover, the loaner car they provided had worn-out tires, and there was no spare tire or tools in the car. I emailed and tweeted about this to Maruti Suzuki, but, as expected, there was no response. It seems like Maruti cares more about sales than customer satisfaction.

Despite this, the approval of my insurance claims expedited the repair process, and most of the parts have been replaced. Only one part, the cont coil, is pending, and I hope it will be replaced soon. I want to tell everyone that if you are facing a similar issue, raise your voice and file a complaint; it’s the only way to get things done.
