http://www.fairfieldfitbodybootcamp.com - Here is the body weight exercise routine for today.

Enjoy

1) - Prisoner Squats - Perform a regular squat - Feet shoulder width apart, drop the hips back and keep your chest and shoulders up. While doing this put both hands behind your head and hold them there.

2) Knee In - Get into the push up position. Hold your body up, and drive one knee in and towards your opposite elbow. Extend the leg back out and repeat with the opposite leg.

3) Glute Bridge March - Lie back on your shoulders. With your knees bent and heels on the floor push your hips up and hold them. Hold your arms straight up, and then lift your knees towards your hands one at a time.

4) Dips - Lie back and hold your body up with your hands behind you and your knees bent. Raise your hips up in the air. Then hold one leg out and up. Now lower your body down by bending your elbows, and pushing yourself back up.

5) Lat Pillar - Lie on your stomach. With your hands behind your head, and feet on the floor, lift your shoulders up off the floor. Then lower back down and repeat

Finisher

1) Split Squat Jumps - Stand with one foot in front and one foot behind. Lower your body down and then jump up and switch your legs in the air. Land, lower your body down, and then jump back up and switch legs again in the air.

2) ALternating Push Up - Push up where you start with one out ahead of you and one down closer to your hips. Do a push up then switch hands.

3) Circle Runs - Facing the same direction the whole time and your hands on your hips, run around in a tight circle.

4) Alternating Push Up - Push up where you start with one out ahead of you and one down closer to your hips. Do a push up then switch hands.

5) Split Squat Jumps - Stand with one foot in front and one foot behind. Lower your body down and then jump up and switch your legs in the air. Land, lower your body down, and then jump back up and switch legs again in the air.
