So far in this story, Hiruzen has done a better job at being the Hokage. Not so much that he could stop the Uchiha from being massacred, but he did manage to save the life of Hizashi, and properly care for Naruto as he needed. The entire village knows Naruto’s true name now, and even Naruto knows it. Due to this, he’s received a ton more respect and is receiving proper training as well from the right teachers. The question is, what will become of a Naruto who is loved, celebrated, and given more resources than he could ever truly use? There’s plenty of things that could happen.
