🍊🍰 Hey foodies,

I’m reposting this video because I’ve updated the recipe to include 1/2 cup of yoghurt because it makes the cake more moist.🍊. It’s even more delicious now😊
Hint: use a thin skinned orange for less bitterness.

Here's the magic: 🧡✨
Ingredients:
1 whole orange, seeds removed
3 eggs
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/3 cup of oil (olive oil adds a lovely fruity note!🍈)
1/2 cup of sugar (I use granulated, but feel free to use your favorite!)
2 cups of SR flour (Self Raising, for that gorgeous lift! 🍞)

Blend the orange, eggs, yoghurt, oil, and sugar, blend until smooth.
Add in your flour and give it another blend.
Pour it into your favourite cake tin and bake it.
180C for 40 mins♨️🧡

But hold on, we're not done yet! Here comes the icing! ❄️🍊
Ingredients:
2 cups icing sugar
Zest and juice of a whole orange

Mix until you get a glossy, zesty icing that'll make your cake truly irresistible! Drizzle it all over your cooled cake. 🍊🎂
