This video is from my fieldwork in Kosova during the late 1980s for my for my doctoral dissertation: “The Past as Refuge: Gender, Migration, and Ideology Among the Kosova Albanians.” I am making the footage available for the enjoyment of those who took part in filming, with deepest respect and gratitude to those who invited me into their lives. The preferred use for this footage is for study, research, education, and cross-cultural understanding.
