El Hierro 2024 - DiveLog Day 4 - Puntas Canas & El Bajon 🎬2

31st July 2024 Day 4 started off at Puntas Canas site. The wind is slightly stronger this morning and mild current as we enter. Serene landscape, mystically mysterious .. peacefully calming 💙 friendly puffer swimming in from the blue, few eels hiding between the rocks, Canarian lobster and hermit crab (I think!)

Second dive we visited El Bajon - everybody’s favourite at this stage I think! - but how can you not fall in love with this majestic rock/volcanic formation underwater, a mountain with 2 vertical walls buzzing with life .. the moray eels lying out on the cracks surrounded by red Madeira rockfish and cleaner shrimp, loads of Grouper hanging about .. so much life.. the scenery .. can’t get enough of this site.

Yet to witness the whale shark spotted here couple of days ago but happy to be out and about 😘
