UAD LA-2A Compressor Comparison (ALL Four Versions!)

This video explains the key functional and characteristic differences between each of the four versions of Universal Audio's LA-2A Compressor plugins: LA-2A Silver, LA-2A Grey, LA-2, & LA-2A Legacy. We take an in depth look at which version you'll want to use in certain scenarios, like when you want more harmonic distortion or as clean of a sound as possible, and also when you may want to conserve DSP and CPU. We also perform a listening test on a set of vocals, swapping through each revision so you can see and hear for yourself the difference in compression characteristics.
