How we make sense of the world is through a type of categorization called Logical Levels. This process is the essence of how we make meaning of ourselves and of our lives. It's also a foundational concept that was used to create NLP, neuro-linguistic programming. Unfortunately though it's often confused with a process by Robert Dilts called Neurological Levels that is not a true Logical Levels based model. Understanding Logical Levels with give you a clearer sense of how you learn and how you make meaning of the world around you so you can make better choices.
