Panel 2 -- Implementing Low emission zones in India

Does India's current statutory framework allow implementation of LEZs? The second panel discussion during the one-day National Workshop on Low-emission Zones in Cities, convened by the ICCT in collaboration with NITI Aayog, explores avenues available within the existing statutory framework that enable implementation of LEZs in India.
