Welcome to my NEW series the “Coming Soon Collection.” Each month I will be featuring a few planned development in the Central Florida area that is coming soon. This is for those that like to stake things out early. Maybe you are a year or more out as these developments won’t be ready for some time. Often there may not be much to see other than cleared land and a trailer, however this will help you with buying into an area early. This is a huge key when looking to capitalize on property value.

This new townhome community Here is Currently slated to start selling summer of 2022. Located in Kissimmee, FL where residents can enjoy low-maintenance living, a community pool, and delight in nearby shopping & dining. I do always love townhomes as an option. Always east to rent out if you need and a great purchase option for the widest demographic of people.
It is very close to the still booming Lake Nona. Just south of the Orange County line. You can enjoy all the fun while saving some on the taxes. Schools in the area are well rated and that is always a good indicator of continued value growth.
This community will be offering 3-4 bedroom townhomes ranging from 1500 to a little over 1800 sq ft. Some plans have the option for a 2 car garage vs the standard 1. Now i know some might not be expecting much from a townhome however I love what they’ve done with the layouts here. Giving you the option to change room setups, even including the loft on the mid level plan, and room sizes are great.

This new community in St Cloud is in close proximity to the master planned township Sunbridge. These homes here are a perfect opportunity to capitalize on the future growth coming to the area.
This is a phenomenal builder known for great construction quality, luxurious options, and higher end standard features. The prices aren’t luxury prices however and I enjoy their design choices in layouts. I’ve even had great experiences working with them for my clients.
This community is about 2 miles east of Narcoossee Rd. It will offer single family homes and townhomes with a variety of floorplans and distinctive included features ideal for all lifestyles. At this time we don’t have information on the plans or prices for the homes. Stay tuned to this channel and I will be sure to post an update.

This one is located just a bit further south from our last location, about less than a mile from US 192 on Pine Grove rd. This builder is know for great exterior styling, spacious layouts, and high end standard options. They tend to include a perfect space to put a coat hang or mud space as you enter the home from the garage. If you’ve been a fan of my videos and listen closely you may already know who I am talking about. Function for the residents of the home is very important to them and you will see that in their layouts.
This community is real early in development as we do not have news on the plans that will be built or the prices. It is slated to open late 2022 so it is the perfect opportunity to get in early. I will be sure to update you as soon as I have more info.
