The Jeddah Tower (Burj-Jeddah), also known as the Kingdom Tower or the Mile-High Tower, is the project of the tallest skyscraper in the world, the spire of which was to overcome the mark of 1000 meters. The construction is being carried out near the city of Jeddah on the Red Sea coast in Saudi Arabia.

The skyscraper was supposed to be the tallest and one of the most complex structures ever built. The building should become the center of a completely new area with a population of more than 80 000 people. However, financial and political difficulties led to delays and the actual freezing of the project of the building and the whole city for a total value of more than $70 billion.
